This piece was done for the Santa Cruz Film Festival - two cameras were used, we shot on Friday (all-day), and edited the footage and showed it at the last screening of the Festival. It was all shot and edited within 24 hours.

An instructional video on underwater yoga. The techniques and forms are performed in the water by founder, Ed Frey, and co-founder, Dr. Krista Marie Alongi. Classical music is enjoyed while viewing the various underwater yoga positions.

This program documents a group of transition-age youth who participated in  a retreat called “Listening Well," in which the youth wrote and then shared their stories of recovery--first with each other and then at a community event. Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) National Anti-Stigma Campaign.
