Thank you for offering to volunteer for Community Television of Santa Cruz County (CTV). CTV’s all volunteer organization supports our mission to foster community dialog and individual expression through modern media.
In order to guarantee the success of CTV, we ask everyone to keep these things in mind:

We Are A Team
We need to be aware of how our actions affect our colleagues and the community as a whole. We treat one another with respect and settle differences in a friendly manner.
We Are Dependable
When we volunteer to do something, other people count on us. If we cannot keep our commitment, we will notify other members of the team.
We Are Here to Help
Our actions reflect on Community TV. We must be courteous and helpful when interacting with the community. We are volunteers, but we cannot speak on behalf of or act as an official representative of the organization.
We Are Discrete
We sometimes learn private information about other people and organizations while serving as a volunteer. We keep this information to ourselves so that we won’t hurt others.
